The winning streak began on Monday when Alexander Demooy, 38, of Naples, claimed a $1 million prize from the popular 500X THE CASH Scratch-Off game. Demooy purchased his winning ticket at a Publix located at 175 S. Barfield Drive in Marco Island. He opted for a one-time, lump-sum payment of $640,000.00. The Publix store received a $2,000 bonus commission for selling the winning ticket.

The winning momentum continued on Wednesday with two more announcements. Gary Moore, of Bradenton, also claimed a $1 million prize from the 500X THE CASH game. Moore purchased his winning ticket from a Circle K situated at 836 301 Boulevard E. in Bradenton and similarly chose the lump-sum payment of $640,000.00. The Circle K also received a $2,000 bonus commission.
Adding to Wednesday’s excitement, Joel Miranda Roman, 42, of Ruskin, claimed a top prize of $2 million from the $2,000,000 100X CASHWORD Scratch-Off game. Roman purchased his lucky ticket at a Sunoco Food Mart, located at 1202 N. Tamiami Trail in Ruskin. He elected to receive his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $1,280,000.00. The Sunoco Food Mart earned a $4,000 bonus commission for the sale.
Thursday brought another pair of million-dollar winners. Randy Villalpando, 24, of Miami, claimed a $1 million prize from the 500X THE CASH game. His winning ticket was purchased at El Palacio Supermarket, located at 995 S.W. Fifth Street in Miami. Villalpando also chose the lump-sum option of $640,000.00, and the retailer received a $2,000 bonus commission.

Also on Thursday, Melanie Roff, 63, of North Fort Myers, claimed a $1 million prize from the 500X THE CASH Scratch-Off game. Roff bought her winning ticket from Brothers Petroleum XI Inc, located at 916 Pondella Road in North Fort Myers. She also selected the one-time, lump-sum payment of $640,000.00, and the retailer received a $2,000 bonus commission.
The week culminated in a massive win announced on Friday. Kyle Lindquist, 45, of Venice, claimed the $25 million top prize from the 500X THE CASH Scratch-Off game. Lindquist purchased his life-changing ticket at a Circle K located at 101 U.S. Highway 41 Bypass S. in Venice. He chose to receive his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $16,000,000.00. The Circle K store received a significant $50,000 bonus commission for selling the jackpot-winning ticket.
