Naranja Man Arrested In Snook’s Bayside Key Largo Burglary

MONROE COUNTY, Fla. – A Naranja man was arrested early Wednesday morning in connection with a burglary at a Key Largo business.

Kevin Delus, 26, faces charges of armed burglary, possession of burglary tools, and criminal mischief following an incident at Snook’s Bayside Restaurant & Grand Tiki Bar.

Monroe County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to an alarm at the establishment, located at 99401 Overseas Hwy, around 4 a.m. Upon arrival, Delus was located at the scene.

Investigators saw damage to a business door, and a pickaxe was discovered nearby.

Delus was taken into custody without further incident and transported to the Monroe County Jail.
