Pasco Community Invited To Free Food Distribution Event In Dade City

DADE CITY, Fla. – The Pasco Sheriff’s Office (PSO) is joining forces with a coalition of local organizations to host a free community food distribution event on Thursday, May 22nd, at 9:00 a.m. The initiative aims to provide much-needed support to Pasco County residents facing food insecurity.

This collaborative effort brings together Pasco Sheriff’s Charities, Farm Share, the Moore-Mickens Education Center, the Gentlemen’s Course, Samaritan Corporation of Pasco County Inc., and the Pasco County NAACP. By pooling their resources and expertise, these organizations are working to ensure that community members have access to fresh and nutritious food.

The upcoming distribution will take place at the Moore-Mickens Education Center, located in Dade City at 38301 Martin Luther King Blvd.

Organizers are emphasizing that the distribution will operate on a first-come, first-served basis, encouraging those in need to arrive early to secure their share of the available food.
