NEW PORT RICHEY, Fla. – Luciana Duke-Willey has been located and is safe, according to the Pasco Sheriff’s Office.
ORIGINAL REPORT: The Pasco Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 13-year-old Luciana Duke-Willey, who has been reported missing/runaway from the New Port Richey area.
Luciana was last seen around midnight on June 1, 2025, in the 9th Avenue area of New Port Richey. Her current clothing description is unknown.

Luciana Duke-Willey is described as 5’4” tall, weighing approximately 110 lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes.
