A Pennsylvania woman will serve more than eight years in federal prison, followed by a period of supervision, after being sentenced on drug distribution charges.
Jessica Wilson, 39, of Johnstown, received a sentence of 100 months in prison and three years of supervised release from United States District Judge Marilyn J. Horan on May 8, 2025.
Acting United States Attorney Troy Rivetti announced the sentencing, which stemmed from Wilson’s convictions for conspiracy to distribute and possession with intent to distribute various controlled substances, including heroin, crack, methamphetamine, and fentanyl.

According to information presented to the court, Wilson was involved in drug trafficking activities in the Western District of Pennsylvania between approximately January 2021 and July 2021. During this period, she conspired to distribute and possessed with the intent to distribute heroin, crack, and methamphetamine. Evidence presented included information obtained from a federal wiretap, which intercepted Wilson acquiring quantities of these drugs for distribution to others.
Additionally, Wilson was charged in a separate offense covering the period from around April 2024 to June 2024. In this instance, she was found to have conspired to distribute and possessed with intent to distribute mixtures containing fentanyl and crack.
The cases against Wilson were prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorneys Maureen Sheehan-Balchon and Arnold P. Bernard Jr. on behalf of the government.
