WINTER HAVEN, Fla. – Jackson Louis, a 32-year-old Winter Haven man, was arrested by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday night. Louis was taken into custody on an active warrant for robbery, battery, and criminal mischief.
The charges stem from an incident that occurred on May 17th, 2025. According to the victim’s account, an argument with Louis escalated into a physical altercation.

During the dispute, Louis allegedly took the victim’s phone and struck him on the side of the head, resulting in a minor scratch to the victim’s face. Authorities report that Louis then took a second phone from the victim and damaged its screen.
Deputies located Louis at a residence on Taylor Boulevard in Winter Haven at 10:04 p.m. on Tuesday. He was arrested without incident.
