PINELLAS PARK, Fla. – Pinellas Park Police have arrested Bruce Wayne Higgins, 50, following an investigation into alleged lewd and lascivious acts involving two female juvenile victims.
Higgins was taken into custody on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, after detectives executed a search warrant at his residence at Epic Apartments, located at 3145 Grand Avenue.
The arrest of Higgins, born September 9, 1974, culminates an ongoing investigation that revealed he allegedly coordinated transportation for the two victims, aged 16 and 17, from the Daytona area to Pinellas Park using a rideshare service.

As a result of the search warrant and subsequent investigation, Higgins faces a litany of charges, including multiple serious sexual offenses and significant drug-related crimes.
Sexual Offenses:
- Two (2) counts of Indecent, Lewd, or Lascivious Touching of Certain Minors
- One (1) count of Using a Computer or Electronic Device to Seduce, Solicit, or Lure a Child
- One (1) count of Unlawful Use of a Two-Way Communication Device
- One (1) count of Traveling to Meet a Minor
Drug Offenses:
- Trafficking in Methamphetamine (127 grams)
- Trafficking in Reused Methamphetamine (16.9 grams)
- Three (3) counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance, including:
- 4.5 grams of Cocaine
- Three (3) Adderall pills (30mg each)
- 37.5 grams of Marijuana
Higgins is currently being held in custody. The investigation remains ongoing.
