PINELLAS PARK, Fla. – The Pinellas Park Police Department announced the arrest of Jeremy Brooks, 52, of Pinellas Park, on Thursday, May 15th, following an investigation into alleged inappropriate sexual activity involving three juvenile females.
According to a police report, authorities were notified last Thursday regarding alleged misconduct between an adult male and three female victims ranging in age from 12 to 18 years old.
Detectives launched an investigation and determined that Jeremy Brooks engaged in inappropriate sexual conduct with the victims over an extended period. Authorities confirmed that the victims are known to Brooks and share a “familial in nature” relationship with him.

Following the investigation, detectives located Jeremy Brooks and took him into custody. He has been charged with multiple felonies, including:
- Capital Sexual Battery (Victim under 12 years of age)
- Sexual Battery – Familial or Custodial Authority
- Lewd and Lascivious Battery
The Pinellas Park Police Department will not release any further information that could potentially identify the juvenile victims.
