St. Petersburg Man Identified In 7-11 Robbery, Arrested For Separate Circle K Grand Theft

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – Justin Farley, identified by police as the individual involved in a 7-11 robbery, is now in federal custody.

Farley was arrested and charged with grand theft and burglary in connection with a separate incident at a Circle K convenience store in St. Petersburg.

The charges stem from a burglary that occurred on May 5th at the Circle K located at 1598 54th Avenue North. According to law enforcement, Farley entered the establishment just before 8:30 p.m. and allegedly stole approximately $7,000 worth of lottery tickets.

While Farley is in custody for the Circle K burglary, authorities have confirmed his identity as the “7-11 Robber.”

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) assisted in the investigation that led to Farley’s identification.

This remains an ongoing investigation. The ATF will release further details and any subsequent updates regarding the 7-11 robbery case.
