TAMPA, Fla. – A man was killed overnight in a shooting that happened around 9:00 pm, according to Tampa Police Department.
According to investigators, officers responded to a disturbance at the 1300 Block E. Scott. St just after 9:00 pm on Thursday.
Officers arrived to find an adult Hispanic male in his early 40s suffering from upper body trauma. He was transported to a local hospital, where he died from his injuries.

Detectives are currently gathering evidence and working to develop leads that will aid in identifying and arresting a suspect in this case.
