HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. -The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office has arrested the Brandon Westfield Mall Shooting suspect while he was operating a stolen vehicle.
Quran Deandre Johnson, 19, faces charges of Attempted 2nd Degree Murder, Aggravated Battery with a Deadly Weapon, and Simple Battery.
