POLK COUNTY, Fla. – Polk County Fire Rescue responded to a residential structure fire on Fish Hatchery Rd. in Lake Wales on Thursday.
Officials say Auburndale Fire Department Tender 422 provided mutual aid on the call.
PCFR Engine 39 was the first on the scene, arriving at 2:00 p.m.

Engine 39 reported a heavily involved mobile home and began spraying water on the fire in the bedroom at 2:05 p.m.
Additional hoses were deployed once other crews arrived, and the fire was controlled at 2:18 p.m.
Two patients were taken to local medical facilities. No injuries were reported by fire personnel.
The fire was accidental and in total, 17 units responded to the scene.
