BRANDON, Fla. – A 27-year-old Brandon man has dies in a single vehicle crash that happened just after 9 AM Wednesday morning.
According to Florida Highway Patrol, the man was traveling southbound on Brandon Parkway approaching Lumsden Road when, he lost control of his car.
The vehicle departed the roadway and collided with a chain fence, continued through the fence, and into a retention pond.
Troopers say the car was fully submerged.
The driver suffered fatal injuries at the scene of the crash.
