44-Year-Old Spring Hill Man Killed in Overnight Motorcycle Crash

SPRING HILL, Fla. – A 44-year-old Spring Hill man was killed in an overnight motorcycle accident, near the intersection of Commercial Drive (US19) and Forest Oaks Blvd., according to Florida Highway Ratrol.

Troopers say around 10:30 p.m. Sunday, the man was riding northbound on US-19. At the intersection of Forest Oaks Boulevard, a car driven by a 69-year-old Spring Hill man was traveling eastbound under a green traffic signal. The motorcycle failed ran the red traffic signal, entered the intersection, and collided with the passenger side of the car. The 44-year-old man suffered fatal injuries at the scene of the crash.
