Five lucky Florida Lottery scratch-off players won a combined total of $9,000,000, announced last week from the lottery.

On Monday, the Florida Lottery announced that Gena Kanov, 37, of Weston, claimed a $1 million top prize from the GOLD RUSH LIMITED Scratch-Off game at the Lottery’s Miami District Office.

She chose to receive her winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $795,000.00. Kanov purchased her winning ticket from Publix at 5950 Coral Ridge Drive in Coral Springs.

Then on Wednesday, the lottery announced that Scottie Grant, 58, of Molino, claimed a $1 million prize from the 500X THE CASH Scratch-Off game for the second time!

He received his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $820,000.00.

“I’m back!” Grant said, smiling broadly.

Grant’s trip to Lottery Headquarters is his second since December 2022, when he won $1 million playing the same Scratch-Off game.

Grant purchased his winning ticket at Circle Food Mart at 2000 North T Street in Pensacola. The retailer will receive a $2,000 bonus commission for selling the winning Scratch-Off ticket.

 On Thursday, Mensny Oreste, 41, of Kissimmee, claimed a $5 million top prize from the GOLD RUSH LIMITED Scratch-Off game at the Lottery’s Headquarters in Tallahassee.

She chose to receive her winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $3,960,000.00.

Oreste purchased her winning ticket from Circle K at 2500 South French Avenue in Sanford.

The Florida Lottery announced Friday that Robert Gregory, 55, of Palmetto, claimed a $1 million top prize from the $5 GOLD RUSH DOUBLER Scratch-Off game at Lottery Headquarters in Tallahassee.

He received his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $685,000.00.

Gregory purchased his winning ticket from Publix at 9520 Buffalo Road in Palmetto. The retailer will receive a $2,000 bonus commission for selling the winning Scratch-Off ticket.

Also on Friday, Marie Lucie Saint Eloi, 55, of West Palm Beach, claimed a top prize of $1 million from the $5 GOLD RUSH DOUBLER Scratch-Off game at the Lottery’s West Palm Beach District Office. 

She chose to receive her winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $685,000.00.

Saint Eloi purchased her winning ticket from Publix at 2895 North Military Trail in West Palm Beach.

The retailer will receive a $2,000 bonus commission for selling the winning Scratch-Off ticket.

The $5 GOLD RUSH DOUBLER Scratch-Off game features over $188 million in cash prizes, including 28 top prizes of $1 million. The game’s overall odds of winning are 1-in-3.98.

Scratch-Off games are an important part of the Lottery’s portfolio of games, comprising approximately 77 percent of ticket sales in fiscal year 2021-2022.
