58-Year-Old Lakeland Man Assaulted, Life-Threatening Injuries, Police Seeking Suspect

LAKELAND, Fla. – The suspect seen in these photos is wanted in connection with a battery that took place Friday.

On Friday, January 29, 2021, at approximately 5:25 p.m., Lakeland Police officers were called to the Food Mart/Mobil Gas Station, located at 1615 West Memorial Boulevard.

The suspect, seen in the photos, punched an adult male working in the store in the face. The victim, age 58, fell back and hit his head, sustaining critical life-threatening injuries.

He was transported to Lakeland Regional Health for treatment.
