RIVERVIEW, Fla. – The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office is conducting a death investigation in Riverview.
On Thursday, at approximately 7:30 a.m., deputies responded to the 9800 block of Riverview Drive and discovered a deceased person.
“Our detectives are working to identify this person and determine what could have led to their death,” said Sheriff Chad Chronister. “We’re asking if anyone has information to contact our detectives. Any information could help our investigation.”

At this time, it is unclear what led to this person’s death. The Medical Examiner’s Office will work to identify the body and determine the cause of death.
