BROOKSVILLE, Fla. – A 29-year-old Brookville man died Sunday afternoon, in a motorcycle accident on Culbreath Road, around 1:50 p.m.
According to Florida Highway Patrol, the motorcycle was traveling northbound on Culbreath Road. Entering a right-hand curve near Race Horse Lane, the man failed to negotiate the turn and continued straight.
The motorcycle departed the roadway and the man was ejected from the motorcycle. The Brooksville man was transported to an area hospital but unfortunately died from injuries sustained during the crash.
