Cold Weather Shelters To Open In Brooksville

BROOKSVILLE, Fla. – Hernando County Emergency Management is monitoring below-average overnight low temperatures forecast to dip into the upper 30s throughout Hernando County the next two mornings, Wednesday & Thursday.

In preparation, Emergency Management has coordinated with Jericho Road Ministries to have shelters available for use tonight and Wednesday night for those who are in need. 

For those who may be homeless or perhaps have inadequate heat sources, the following shelter locations will be open:
