PASCO COUNTY, Fla. – A pickup truck, driven by a 45-year-old Holiday man, was towing a utility trailer and traveling eastbound in the westbound lanes of Denton Avenue at Dane Lane in Hudson, early Tuesday morning
According to Florida Highway Patrol, a 60-year-old man from Brooksville, driving a tractor-trailer and traveling westbound on Denton Avenue. As the vehicles approached, the tractor-trailer attempted to steer left into the eastbound lane to avoid a collision while at the same time the pickup truck attempted to steer back into the eastbound lane as well.
The driver collided as a result and the 45-year-old man, in the pickup truck, suffered fatal injuries at the scene of the crash.
