LAKELAND, Fla. – Polk County Sheriff’s Deputies need your help identifying a man who committed retail and car theft back to back.

Deputies say he is described as a white male about 5’9″ tall and weighing around 160 pounds. He wore a dark outfit, a blue mask, and a white ball cap.

On July 20th at about 8:40 pm, the suspect took a slice of pizza and two fountain drinks and consumed them while inside the Racetrac store located 6650 US 98 North in Lakeland. He never paid for the items.

When he left the store, he stole a 2019 Kia Optima from the parking lot, according to investigators.
