POLK COUNTY, Fla – The Polk County Sheriff’s Office is searching for suspects that burglarized cars in Winter Haven, then used stolen credit cards in Lakeland.
According to investigators, between 3:30 a.m. and 7:45 a.m. on Saturday, January 21, 2023, three unknown black male juvenile suspects walked around the Oak Preserve neighborhood in Winter Haven, flipping car door handles – opening the unlocked cars and stealing items from them.
Deputies say the trio then drove to Lakeland and used stolen credit cards at the Exxon gas station located at 1315 US Hwy 98 in Lakeland.

“These images are from the video camera at that gas station. The suspects are believed to live in the Crystal Lake area,” said PCSO.
