A Florida woman has been arrested after a drunken tirade and a broken window landed her in jail.
On Monday evening Patrol Division Deputies Rashard Fleming and Sgt. Brian Barrs, with Suwannee County Sheriff’s Office, responded to a house in the 900 block of 6th Avenue in Wellborn, FL, regarding a disturbance.
Upon arrival, deputies learned that Amber Brooke Rosendale, 25, from Jasper, FL was drunk at the residence and became angry when she wasn’t allowed inside, so she broke out a window.
While the Deputies were in the process of arresting Amber and escorting her to their patrol car, she became uncooperative, refused to walk any further, and laid down on the ground.
She then began physically resisting and kicked one of the Deputies in the chest. She was eventually secured in the patrol car and transported to the Suwannee County Jail.
Amber has been charged with:
- Criminal Mischief
- Disorderly Intoxication
- Resisting Arrest with Violence
- Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer
- Violation of Probation
