Florida Highway Patrol’s Most Wanted – Gaspar De Gaspar

One of Florida Highway Patrol’s Most Wanted Fugitives is a man wanted for the death of another man who was hit and killed at a Florida gas station.

The fugitive, Gaspar De Gaspar, was driving on February 3, 2015, in a 1996 Yellow Thomas passenger bus, at a Marathon gas station in Indiantown.

According to Florida Highway Patrol, De Gaspar was backing the bus in the parking lot and two men were sitting on a bench in front of the station.

For reasons unknown to authorities, the bus failed to stop and struck both men, pinning one between the station and bus. That person was pronounced deceased on the scene.

De Gaspar exited the bus and left the scene. De Gaspar was identified as being from Indiantown, Florida.

An arrest warrant for Hit and Run was issued.

De Gaspar is still wanted over six years later, and anyone with information on De Gaspar’s whereabouts is asked to please contact the FHP at intelligence@flhsmv.gov.
