DOH-PASCO ENCOURAGES PUBLIC TO BE PATIENT AND PREPARED FOR VACCINATION APPOINTMENTS

Florida Department of Health Pasco County Encourages Patience and Preparation for COVID-19 Vaccine

PASCO COUNTY, Fla. – The Florida Department of Health in Pasco County (DOH-Pasco) is encouraging anyone 65 and older who needs the COVID-19 vaccination to call 844-770-8548 or go to patientportalfl.com and create an account with CDR Maguire: Health & Medical (CDR Maguire).

It is required to have an account with CDR Maguire to register for a vaccination appointment when vaccine becomes available.

“I know the vaccine distribution process has been frustrating,” said Mike Napier, Health Officer for DOH-Pasco, “and we want you to know we’re doing everything we can to improve that process.”

Pasco County Government, in support of the Florida Department of Health in Pasco County (DOH-Pasco), has contracted with CDR Maguire: Health & Medical (CDR Maguire), one of the state’s leading COVID-19 testing companies, to provide vaccination scheduling through their CDR HealthPro patient portal software.

Appointments can be scheduled:

– Online by CDR HealthPro portal at patientportalfl.com

– By phone at 844-770-8548

Appointments are mandatory to get the COVID-19 vaccination.

Pasco County expects to receive allocations of vaccine from the state as it is made available. Vaccination appointments will be provided to the public based on the vaccine supply allocation received. Limited availability of vaccines is anticipated over the next several weeks.
