A Florida father and daughter were arrested after a family dispute over take-out Chinese food.
According to police, a woman dialed 911 to report a disturbance and when police arrived, the woman’s son claimed he had been in an altercation with both his father, 51-year-old Bruce Barton Schell, and his sister, 25-year-old Atlantis Ann Schell.
The boy told police he has had “issues” with them both in the past.
According to the arrest affidavit, the woman stated that they had ordered Chinese takeout but when the order arrived, the containers were not labeled and Bruce became angry over not knowing which container was his.

The woman told police that she wasn’t hungry and retreated to her bedroom. About 15 minutes later, all hell was breaking loose.
According to the arrest affidavit, the woman came back into the kitchen to find that Bruce had her son in a headlock, choking him, while the daughter was holding onto the boy’s arms.
She told police that she saw Bruce punch the boy in the face multiple times as he was being choked.
Police say the boy ate from the wrong container, which sparked the WWE-style brawl.
The boy who was attacked had visible red marks on the front side of his neck and fresh bruising on his left eye. He said an eye injury had been inflicted when he was punched.
Bruce and Atlantis were arrested for misdemeanor battery. Bruce was also charged with domestic battery by strangulation, a felony. He was released on a $4,000 bond Sunday morning.
Atlantis was released after posting a $1,000 bond Sunday.
