Victoria Bilyk Sequine was recently granted a dream from the Sunshine Foundation for Golf equipment and accessories. Victoria lives with the challenges of bipolar disorder, PTSD, and trauma from abuse.
“Victoria is a well-rounded athlete for the Special Olympics, but her favorite is Golf. She has competed at state competitions two years in a row; receiving gold metals both years. Her gift from Sunshine Foundation has helped her game greatly in both distance and accuracy. Having her equipment helped her stay within the guidelines of the USGA. Thank you again for your generosity!” said Victoria’s grandfather, Michael, from Jacksonville, Florida.
Sunshine Foundation answers dreams to children with life-long chronic conditions such as: spina bifida, cerebral palsy, profound low-functioning (Level 3) autism, Down syndrome, hydrocephalus, severe epilepsy, Sickle Cell Disease, blindness, deafness, trauma from abuse, and others.

Sunshine Foundation relies on the generosity of individuals, organizations, and corporations to make these dreams a reality for children that may be turned away from other wish-granting organizations that require a life-threatening or critical diagnosis.
Victoria’s “Dream Come True” was made possible through generous donations from the Sunshine Foundation All Volunteer Southern Ocean County NJ Chapter, the Shelbys Sunshine Poker Run, and other generous individuals.
