A Florida man has been arrested for ‘lewd or lascivious exhibition’ on the beach in front of minor children Monday, according to investigators.
26-year-old Nolan Hernandez was arrested near the Granada approach Monday afternoon after several people, including three girls 14 and under, witnessed him masturbating on the beach.
Hernandez was charged with two counts of lewd or lascivious exhibition in the presence of a child and transported to the Volusia County Branch Jail.

“Don’t do what Nolan did or you could end up featured here too,” said Volusia Sheriff’s Office in a social post.
