Two Florida men are facing charges after a police officer caught the pair engaged in sexual acts while completely naked and in public view.
Daniel McCleary, 60, and Donald Engstrom, 59, were taken into custody Wednesday night around 10:30 pm., according to Police.
The arresting officer from St. Pete Police Department said he observed the defendant and co-defendant engaged in sexual acts while completely naked.
The affidavit states that the defendant admitted, Post-Miranda, that the two were in fact having sex.
McCleary and Engstrom were both charged with indecent exposure, booked into the Pinellas County Jail, and released the following day.
The incident happened near Unity Park at 4th Ave North in St. Pete.
