Police say Tresalus entered the 7-Eleven and began to walk around the store, eventually opening a freezer door, snagging a Choco Taco Ice Cream, and began to eat it.
Investigators say that’s when Tresalus grabbed a 15.5-ounce jar of Tostitos salsa from the shelf and threw the glass jar at another customer in the store., unprovoked.

Tresalus walked out of the store without paying for the Choco Taco or the Salsa, and was charged with Battery and Petit Theft, with two or more priors.
