A Florida man was arrested after trying to ‘light up’ his neighbor after a dispute over a parking space.

According to police, 57-year-old Andre Abrams was angry over parking issues in his neighborhood. So like any rational adult, Abrams armed himself with an XM42 Lite flamethrower.

Police say that Abrams, armed with the flamethrower, came out of his home and began to spray flames towards a neighbors vehicle.

According to police, three juveniles were in the car that was being targeted by Abrams, although witnesses say that flames came within five feet of the vehicle and not on it.

Abrams admitted to police that he was ‘throwing flames’ but said that he was not targeting the children in the vehicle.

Abrams was charged with three counts of aggravated assault and released on $45,000 bail.

The XM42 Lite Flamethrower, can shoot flames up to 20 feet and uses gasoline and butane for fuel and a video of this neighborly device can be seen below.
