Florida Man Gets Over 19 Years In Prison For Illicit Sexual Activity Involving A Minor, CSAM

A Florida man was sentenced to federal prison for his actions relating to the sexual abuse of a minor and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

Stuart Leibov, 22, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Rodney Smith to 235 months imprisonment, followed by supervised release for life.

Leibov previously pleaded guilty to possession of child pornography and enticement of a minor to engage in illicit sexual activity.

The statement was delivered by US Attorney Markenzy Lapointe of the Southern District of Florida and Special Agent in Charge Jeffrey B. Veltri of the FBI’s Miami Field Office.

The FBI Miami, West Palm Beach Resident Agency looked into the situation. M. Catherine Koontz, an assistant United States Attorney, prosecuted the case. Michelle Alvarez, Assistant United States Attorney, handles asset forfeiture cases.
