A 62-year-old Florida man was arrested Friday after hitting another man and stealing a pint of vodka. There were no life-threatening injuries reported, deputies say.
Billy Ambrose Costner, 62, of Key West, was charged with battery and theft.
According to the Monore Couty Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to the 99600 block of the Overseas Highway at approximately 3:57 p.m. regarding a fight.

Witnesses told deputies that Costner punched a 41-year-old male victim multiple times in the face and fled the area with a pint of vodka he stole from a 45-year-old female victim.
Deputies located Costner nearby. He was arrested and booked into the Monroe County Jail on a $15,000 bond.
