Times are tough for many Americans right now and especially around the holiday season, it can be especially draining, financially and emotionally.
But stealing a planted tree from a yard. Really? That’s what this family in the home surveillance footage was caught doing.
Winter Haven Police say that a man, who most likely was working with the construction crew next door to the victim’s home, walked over to 223 Sunfish Dr. in Winter Haven Florida, on Dec. 17th, and pulled up a newly-planted tree. Two females pulled up in a dark, older sedan, popped the trunk, retrieved a bag for the roots and the man packed the tree neatly inside of the trunk.
