Florida Man Tries To Buy A Honey Bun With Car Wash Coin, Fills Store Lock With Glue

According to investigators, on May 11, 2021, the man pictured below attempted to pay for a honey bun at Reed’s Grocery, 1516 7th St SW in Winter Haven, Florida, with a car wash coin.

Police say the clerk didn’t allow him to purchase the said honey bun without the proper currency.

According to police, later in the evening, after the store closed, the man returned to the store and damaged the store’s lock by filling it with glue.
