A Florida MISSING CHILD Alert has been issued for Jerman Octelus, a black male, 10 years old, 5 feet 1 inch tall, 116 pounds, black hair and brown eyes, last seen in the area of the 7000 block of Northeast Miami Court in Miami, Florida, who was last seen wearing a red shirt and black shorts with white stripes. If you have any information on the whereabouts of this child, please contact the Miami Police Department at (305) 579-6111 or 911.
