A Florida MISSING CHILD Alert was been issued for Kelsey Fruggiero, a white female, 12 years old, 4 feet 4 inches tall, 107 pounds, blonde hair and blue eyes, last seen in the area of the 60 block of Beeler road in Crawfordville, Florida.
She was last seen wearing a blue oversized short sleeve shirt with white letters, blue jean shorts, and without shoes.
