When officers arrived, Alcime jumped off the expressway wall at a “considerable height” and fell onto the tracks.

Paramedics transported Alcime, Milendhet Napoleon-Cadet, and her twin brother, Milendhere Napoleon-Cadet, to the hospital, where they were pronounced dead.

Alcime was in critical condition after the fall.

According to court documents obtained by WTVJ-TV, Milendhet, and Milendhere were foaming at the mouth and nose when the driver discovered them.

Alcime allegedly considered killing her twins and herself for months due to “her current financial status and multiple debt(s) that she owes.”

“The defendant admitted to contemplating jumping off the bridge with both victims or throwing them off one by one and then jumping to end their lives,” the report said.

According to the outlet, Alcime’s boyfriend, the twins’ father, had reported them missing that morning, just a couple hours after the incident on I-95.

When asked what she gave the twins to ingest that caused them to foam at the mouth and become unresponsive, Alcime denied giving them anything and claimed she had no idea what happened, according to the report.

The Miami-Dade Medical Examiner’s autopsy results will determine the twins’ cause and manner of death.
