TAMPA, Fla. – Tampa Police need your help locating a missing and endangered 59-year-old man.
Duane Henderson, 59, was last seen at 3:30 AM on Thursday at 8112 N. 19th St.
Police say he was last seen wearing a grey hoodie, black shorts, and white shoes and left the area on foot.

Duane is believed to suffer from traumatic brain injury and bipolar disorder, has a history of seizures, and could be in need of care.
