Despite its tough law-and-order stance, not even Florida is immune to the Biden administration’s ongoing immigrant crime wave.
As the Tampa Free Press reported on Wednesday, Palm Beach County Sheriff Ric Bradshaw lit up President Joe Biden and his feckless policies that are increasingly turning every corner of America into a crime-stricken “border” town.
Bradshaw delivered his blistering take on Wednesday during a press conference to discuss the arrests of three illegal immigrants from Guatemala, who were busted for allegedly kidnapping and raping a Palm Beach woman.

“This morning, I’m just here to deliver a message. And the message is, don’t think for a minute that what happens at the Mexican border doesn’t affect us here,” Bradshaw said, according to a post on X by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday.
“’Here we have three illegals that never should’ve been in this country that have committed a very serious crime: kidnapping and sexual battery of a lady,” he added.
“They shouldn’t be here,” he continued. “This is the same thing that we saw where the student was killed by the person that was here illegally,” Bradshaw added in referring to the murder of Laken Riley, the 22-year-old Georgia nursing student who was allegedly killed by Jose Ibarra, an illegal from Venezuela.
“Folks, our border is the ocean. There’s no fence there. We are the fence,” Bradshaw continued. “For them to be in this country to be able to commit these type of crimes is unconscionable. The federal government has put the American people in jeopardy.”
Bradshaw, citing reports by the FBI, said the most dangerous criminal gangs in the world are now established in South Florida.
“They make MS-13 look like schoolkids,” he continued. “Forget about the 3 million people that came across the border, put their hands up to Border Patrol and says ‘I give up’ — you know, they get the cell phone and the gift card and all that kind of garbage.”
“What about the 1.5 million people that they call ‘gotaways’ Those are the people that don’t want to get caught by Border Patrol because they’re caretel, they’re gang members, they’re wanted. They’re packing fentanyl.”
“What do you think they’re here for? They’re not here to play the Lotto. They’re going to do bad things,” Bradshaw continued.

“These idiots in Washington, D.C., need to close this border. … In order for this mess to get cleaned up they’ve got to stop what’s coming across this border, and it can be done.”
The sheriff added that the “see something, say something” policy was more important now than ever.
“Don’t be complacent. Because what is happening at the Mexican border is going to affect us,” said Bradshaw.
“I’ve actually been in law enforcement for 52 years. This is the worst I’ve seen it. It’s unconscionable that the federal government has let this happen,” he said.
