A Florida woman, and somewhat of a ‘Botox bandit’ has been apprehended after two Botox treatments and no way to pay. At least not with her money.
On Thursday, September 8, 2022, a cosmetic surgery center in the City of Naples reported being defrauded twice by a suspect who received Botox injections.
The first offense occurred on August 24, 2022, when the suspect received Botox injections from the business. The suspect paid for the service with credit card information that was later determined to be stolen, from an out-of-state victim.

The second offense occurred when the suspect returned to the business on September 7, 2022, and received additional Botox injections.
After receiving the second round of injections, the suspect told office staff she had to retrieve a credit card from her vehicle, but she never returned.
Naples Police detectives identified and apprehended the suspect, 44-year-old Exojaine Balbosa, a Collier County resident, on September 9, 2022.
Balbosa was charged with criminal use of personal identification and petit theft.
All persons are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
