The Florida Lottery announced that Marie Lucie Saint Eloi, 55, of West Palm Beach, claimed a top prize of $1 million from the $5 GOLD RUSH DOUBLER Scratch-Off game at the Lottery’s West Palm Beach District Office. 

She chose to receive her winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $685,000.00.

Saint Eloi purchased her winning ticket from Publix, located at 2895 North Military Trail in West Palm Beach.
