A Georgia lawmaker seeks to impeach left-wing Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis for bringing charges against former President Donald Trump.
According to WLTReport.com, Republican state Sen. Colton Moore has put removing Willis from office on the table as part of an emergency legislative session he wants to probe her actions in prosecuting Trump.
Trump was indicted last week in Atlanta on charges he conspired to overturn the 2020 election.

Now, Willis is in the spotlight for possibly coordinating her pursuit of Trump with the Biden administration.
Moore told Newsmax last week that he is disappointed that only one other GOP senator has joined his effort to go after Willis. Republicans hold 32 of the 56 seats in the Georgia Senate.
“It’s hard to soar like an eagle when you are dealing with a bunch of buzzards,” Moore told Newsmax about the lack of support among Republicans to defund Willis’ office.
On the social media platform X (formerly Twitter) on Tuesday, Moore FACT: Republicans lack courage. I’ve launched the process for an emergency session to DEFUND the corrupt Georgia DA targeting Trump. Unfortunately, [GOP Sens.] Bo Hatchett and @ShellyEchols are REFUSING to sign my letter.”
“Here are (sic) the list of common excuses,” Moore continued.

“1. ‘we don’t have the votes.’ My response: Did Democrats have the votes when they impeached President Trump? Hell no! But they certainly went forward with it anyhow and went on the record supporting it.”

He called for Georgia voters to contact lawmakers to rally them to his cause.
“America is under attack,” Moore said recently in a statement. “I’m not going to sit back and watch as radical left prosecutors politically TARGET political opponents.”
