A young German tattoo artist has been identified as the woman whose body was shown in the back of a pickup truck with Hamas terrorists after they attacked an outdoor music festival on Saturday morning during their surprise attack on Israel.
Shani Louk, 23, was one of hundreds of Israelis killed when Hamas attacked a dance celebration near Kibbutz Urim and other Israeli communities.
The vicious attack in the Jewish state has resulted in the fatalities of at least 500 along with over 1,500 injuries and dozens of abductions.
Louk was identified in a video by family members, according to her first cousin, who spoke to the Washington Post.

As the armed terrorists displayed Louk’s body in the truck, they chanted “Allahu Akbar” — Arabic for “God is Great”
According to her cousin, Tom Weintraub Louk, her family attempted to contact her when they learned that Hamas had crossed from the Gaza Strip.
At that time, they had not yet viewed her video; however, another family member discovered the online footage of Shani’s body surrounded by armed militants in the back of the truck.
One Hamas combatant had his leg draped over her waist, while another held the woman by her dreadlocks.
Her legs were positioned unnaturally in the rear of the truck.
The video was viewed by her parents, who confirmed that this was their daughter, according to the Washington Post.
Louk’s mother, Ricarda Louk, shared the video that has also circulated on social media, where she pleaded for more information about what happened to her daughter, who is in her early 20s and a German-Israeli dual citizen.

“This morning my daughter Shani Louk, a German citizen who was with a tourist group in the south of Israel, was kidnapped by Palestinian Hamas. I was sent a video where I could clearly see my daughter unconscious in a car with Palestinians,” she said in German, which Insider has translated. “Please send any help or news. Thank you.”
Shani’s death and whereabouts are undetermined, but her family has not given up hope.
CNN reports that she has dual German-Israeli citizenship.
According to her social media accounts, Shani is a tattoo artist and hair stylist.
