Help ‘Stuff the Bus’ to Feed Pasco County Families in Need

NEW PORT RICHEY, FL  —-  You can make a difference for a Pasco County family in need this Thanksgiving holiday.  Pasco County Public Transportation (PCPT) invites the community to ‘Stuff the Bus’ with a drive-thru food donation Saturday, November 14, 2020, at The Volunteer Way in New Port Richey.

You can make a difference for a Pasco County family in need this Thanksgiving holiday.  Pasco County Public Transportation (PCPT) invites the community to ‘Stuff the Bus’ with a drive-thru food donation Saturday, November 14, 2020, at The Volunteer Way in New Port Richey.

PCPT and The Volunteer Way are partnering to collect donations of frozen turkeys, hams and non-perishable foods – such as boxed stuffing, instant mashed potatoes and canned vegetables.

WHEN:          Saturday, November 14 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.

The Volunteer Way is a non-profit volunteer organization that has been serving Pasco County’s homeless and low-income families for more than 20 years.  Each month, with the help of hunger relief partners, they assist approximately 23,000 families with food and personal items, providing hope and a hand up when it’s needed most.To learn more about Pasco County Public Transportation, including bus routes, transportation news and schedules, visit the PCPT website at:www.ridepcpt.com
