Hernando County Public Library to move to 100 Percent Capacity

BROOKSVILLE, Fla. – In accordance with the Governor’s Executive Order 20-244, all Hernando County Public Library System (HCPLS) locations will move to 100 percent capacity beginning on Monday, October 5, 2020, with social distancing measures still in place.

Main Library (238 Howell Ave., Brooksville, FL 34601) and the West Hernando Branch (6335 Blackbird Ave., Brooksville, FL 34613) hours:

  • Monday thru Wednesday from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m.
  • Thursday from Noon until 8 p.m.
  • Friday from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m.
  • Closed Saturday and Sunday

Spring Hill Brach (9220 Spring Hill Dr. Spring Hill, FL 34608) and the East Hernando Branch (6457 Windmere Rd, Brooksville, FL 34602) hours:

  • Tuesday & Wednesday from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m.
  • Thursday from Noon until 8 p.m.
  • Friday & Saturday from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m.
  • Closed Sunday and Monday

Please note that all CDC guidelines and social distancing will be followed.
