TAMPA, Fla. -Hillsborough County Fire Rescue is on the scene of a house fire at 7006 Thrasher Drive in Tampa. Our dispatch center received 911 calls at 9:24 A.M. Saturday morning from individuals reporting fire coming from the house.
“Our first crews arrived on the scene of a working structure fire, with reports of an occupant possibly inside,” said HCFR.
Firefighters entered the residence and began battling the blaze while other crews conducted searches. There were no occupants inside the house. Crews had the fire controlled within 20 minutes.
There were no injuries to civilians or first responders. The fire is under investigation and is considered suspicious.
