The County’s Customer Service Call Center has resumed general County business on the County’s main Information line at (813) 272-5900 and now all storm-related calls will transition to that line.
For information or assistance related to Hurricane Ian, customers can visit HCFLgov.net/StaySafe.
Residents without digital access are encouraged to call the County’s main information line at (813) 272-5900. Business hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
