August 1, 2020

By: Staff Report

TAMPA, Fla.- The National Hurricane Center is forecasting Hurricane Isaias to skirt Florida’s East Coast this weekend and into Monday. As with all storms, the projected path is just that, projected, and can change. But from the current forecast, the Tampa Bay area shouldn’t see much from Isaias this weekend. But always be prepared.

A Hurricane Warning is in effect for Boca Raton to the Volusia/Flagler County Line Florida, and a Hurricane Watch is in effect for Hallandale Beach to south of Boca Raton.
