LAKE WALES, FL. – Lake Wales Police Department is seeking to identify two women who loaded their Walmart electric cart and rolled to the parking lot without paying.
According to police, on April 15, police say the two women pictured, one white female and one Hispanic female, failed to scan merchandise, and passed all points of sale without paying for their goods.
